I want this to be a place where I can be raw and real about everything I’m going through.  I’ve been struggling with a lot of doubts and confusion lately.  But I also want to keep plodding on with my focus on health.  So I’m going to be sharing more about how I’m feeling while I continue my efforts of staying healthy.

So many of us struggle with our health.  Believe it or not, you aren’t meant to feel crappy all the time.  It’s not normal to have constant sore throats, brain fog or joint inflammation.  And I believe that this has a lot to do with our diet and lifestyle in this busy world.  My very health is a testimony to this.  If you clean up your diet by removing sugar and processed foods and by focusing on eating clean meat, healthy fats, vegetables and fruits your health will drastically change.

Change My Health Blog is here to help you change your health.  That simple.  I want to share my experiences in my health journey with you.  If you would like to read the beginning of my health journey click here.  There will be updates with how my health is doing and what I’m doing to improve it.  I want to show ways that you can make that change by sharing recipes, meal plans, exercise routines, supplements, detox regimes and so much more.
